How to Set Up Your Business Email
Once your business email account has been created, you can access it in one of two ways:
1. Using an email application, such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or the Mail app on your phone.
2. Using Webmail, which lets you access your inbox through an internet browser without installing any software.

Email Set Up FAQ
What is the difference between IMAP and POP?
For most users, IMAP is the recommended option.
IMAP keeps your emails synchronised across all your devices, meaning any emails you read, send, or delete will stay up to date whether you’re using your computer, phone, tablet, or Webmail.
POP downloads emails directly to your device and is generally only recommended for advanced or specific use cases.
